9/16" PIR-JB Round Die for Piranha™ Ironworkers

The PIR-JB Round Die is manufactured for Piranha™ ironworker machines, used with a PIR-DH Round Punch to punch holes in mild steel, stainless steel, and other metals. The PIR-JB Round Die is standard for 65 ton and smaller Piranha™ models. Paired with PIR-DH Round Punch.

Dies are manufactured from a high-quality tool steel, built to last while punching mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum and more. Tooling is used when punching flat bar, angle, channel, I-beam, or sheet metal. Ideal for fabrication, maintenance, and manufacturing shops.

Punch & Die Clearance:

Use the chart in the image carousel above to determine recommended die clearance. The punch and die should NOT be the same size.

Specifications:

• PIR-JB Die: 1.812" outside diameter, 1.125" height
• PIR-JB Die size cannot exceed 1-3/8". Contact us for any custom sizes (1/64" increments, millimeters, etc.)

Replacement For:

• American Punch (AP-313 die)
• Cleveland Punch & Die (F55 die)
• Cleveland Steel Tool (CST-413 die)
