5 - Hole Unistrut
Punch multiple holes simultaneously in one operation. Significantly reduces time required to punch the same hole multiple times
Bending Attachment
Bending attachment can be manufactured up to 12" long. This attachment increases your Ironworker's bending capabilities.
Channel Shear Blades
Channel shear blades can be designed to shear one or multiple sizes of channel.
Cluster Punch
Punch multiple holes simultaneously in one operation. Significantly reduces time required to punch the same hole multiple times.
Corner Radius
Create a specified radius on the corner of the material and eliminate the need to grind sharp corners. We stock 3/8", 7/16", 1/2", and 3/4" radius tooling. Custom sizes can be manufactured upon request.
Countersink
Countersink tooling punches and countersinks holes for flathead bolts/screws. Bolt/screws will sit flush with the material and no burr will be generated on the back side of the material. Please provide bolt/screw size and material thickness when ordering
Double Punch & Shear
Simultaneously punches a hole and shears material in one operation
Double Step
Double step punches are used to punch holes close to the inside leg of an angle iron, I-beam, and channel. Please provide material specifications when ordering.
Embossing Punch
Embossing tools are a great option for marking your parts with a part number or a full logo. Can be used on aluminium, sheet metal, and mild steel. Not recommended for stainless steel applications.
Gauge Line Flat
Gauge line flat punches are used to generate holes close to the inside leg of angle iron, I-beam, and channel. Please provide material specifications when ordering.
Guardrail Punch
Punch oblong holes in guardrail. The guardrail sits on the die holder to improve material handling and prevents material from warping.
Keyhole
Punch a hole used in removable applications where a bolt, chain, or anchor needs to lock in place. Common uses include pallet racks, shelving, dump truck bodies, and tow trucks.
Lattice Bar
Lattice bar tooling shears flat bar stock and generates end radii all in one operation
Louver
Louver tooling is used to generate angled horizontal slats that allow air and light to pass through. Mostly used in HVAC or classic car applications that need to regulate airflow.
MG2 Coated Punch
A harder and more lubricious coating offering superior wear resistance allowing for maximum tool life and performance. Great for tough jobs and requires no punch lubricant.
Offset Dies
Style 128 round offset dies are used to generate holes close to the inside of angle iron, I-beam, and channel. Style 128 offset dies must be used on an ironwroker with an adjustable die block. See chart for stock sizes.
Picket
Generate a spear point on square tubing for fence and ornamental iron. Flattens and shears in one operation.
Pipe Notch Units
Used to notch the end of pipe or tubing in preparation for fitting and welding. We stock housings and striker punches for Edwards™, Piranha™, and Scotchman™ Ironworkers. Stock tooling sizes include 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2", and 2" Schedule 40 and 80.
Round Pipe Mandrel
Punch holes in round pipe. Mandrels can be designed with hole locating features that ensure the accuracy of every hole punched.
Single Punch & Shear
Punch and shear tooling simultaneously punches a hole and shears material in one operation.
Square Tube Mandrel
Punches holes in square pipe. Mandrels can be designed with hole locating features that ensure the accuracy of every hole punched.
Star Punch
Punch uniquely shaped holes and/or blanks. A punch for almost any shape you can think of including stars, hearts, dog bones, and guitar picks.
