We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Stock items typically ship same day if ordered before 3:00PM EST. Stock items ordered after 3:00PM EST will ship the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
Punches with keyway features typically ship same day if ordered before 12:00PM EST. Punches with keyway features ordered after 12:00PM EST will ship the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

Online orders can be shipped via FedEx Ground, FedEx Priority Overnight, and FedEx 2nd Day Air. Call 330-296-4342 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for alternative shipping options.
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. box addresses.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently ship online orders to Canada and Mexico via Fedex International Ground, FedEx International Priority, or FedEx International Economy. For all other international orders please call 330-296-4342 or email email@example.com.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
