The Scotchman™ Pipe Notch Striker Punch is a replacement component for OEM part number 012450 that bolts directly to the pipe notch tooling. The striker punch applies force to the pipe notch tooling, driving the pipe notch punch into the pipe to create the notch.
What does the Scotchman™ Pipe Notch Striker Punch do?
The striker is bolted to the Scotchman™ pipe notch tooling. As the machine strokes downward, the ram in the open cavity presses on the striker, which drives the pipe notch tooling into the pipe.
