Cleveland Punch & Die Acquires Marchant of Chicago

In a move that will form one of the largest punch and die manufacturing companies in North America, the Cleveland Punch and Die Company has purchased the George F. Marchant Company of Chicago. Cleveland Punch & Die will remain headquartered in Ravenna, Ohio.

Both Companies boast 100 Year histories of service to the steel fabricating industry worldwide. By combining the experience, propriety technologies and leading-edge production and service techniques, customers of both companies will benefit from state-of-the-art products and availability.
